Offline Palletizing System
Introduction
Tengyu offline palletizing system is well known for low investment, quick return, low cost and high efficiency. The brick stacking system or brick palletizing system has also passed the CE certification. It mainly consists of lamination stacking device. There is a chain pitch device lying horizontally below the stacking device. Under the chain pitch device, there is a finished product conveying equipment. Stacking device consists of first machine frame, first drive shaft group, rotating clamp device and lifting device. Tengyu brick stacking system can realize automatic block stacking efficiently with a few auxiliary devices. This brick palletizing system is quite suitable for medium and small enterprises to overcome the limited working area defect.
Applications
Offline palletizing system is well suited for stacking finished products in simple concrete block production lines. Brick stacking system (brick palletizing system) can also be independently around the product curing yard to stack maintained products.
